Golden Lines

St. Pius X, an archdiocesan high school, provides a college preparatory education for the formation of the mind, body, and spirit of each student in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church. Opening in 1958 as the first high school in the newly established Diocese of Atlanta, St. Pius X currently has about 1,100 students, more than 130 faculty and staff members, and thousands of alumni and supporters across the nation. Our motto is “Domini Sumus” – “We are the Lord’s.” It is from this central belief that our school thrives and has created a strong sense of family.

This is the first year for the Golden Lines online student news site. Our goal is to provide interesting and informative content for the St. Pius X student body, and we update and publish content as quickly as we can.

The print edition of Golden Lines is in its 57th year of existence, and we publish 2-3 issues each semester.

If you have suggestions for stories you’d like our staff to cover, we invite you to fill out the “Request Coverage” form located at the top of our homepage.
