The Men’s and Women’s Ensembles will next perform the “Soundtracks of Our Lives” at the Chorus Spring Concert on Friday, April 26.

The Men’s and Women’s Vocal Ensembles performed at the Large Group Performance Evaluation (LGPE) last week  and earned “Superior” ratings in both performance and site reading.

“I was excited and pleased with our school,” junior chorus member Caroline Hopkins said.

Senior chorus member Clare Hungeling was equally excited. “We started jumping in our bus and shaking it. I knew we had it in the bag, but it was just great to have it confirmed that we were number one,” she said.

Sponsored by the Georgia Music Educators Association, the LGPE was held at the First United Methodist Church of Lawrenceville on Wednesday, February 27.  The group sang “Psalmo 150” and “900 miles.”

Mark your calendars now for the Chorus Spring Concert on Friday, April 26 to see the groups perform the “Soundtracks of Our Lives.”
